Terms of Use – DMT

Welcome to DMT ("Website", "Platform", "Company", "We", "Our", or "Us"), operated by DMT Empire India Private Limited.

These Terms of Use govern the access and usage of DMT by Registered Service Providers ("RSPs"), travel agents, retailers, customers, and other users utilizing the platform for railway ticket booking and related services.

By accessing or using DMT, users agree to comply with these Terms of Use, applicable IRCTC policies, Indian Railway rules, Information Technology laws, cyber regulations, and all applicable laws of India. If any user does not agree with these Terms, they should discontinue usage of the platform immediately.

Nature of Services

DMT is a railway ticket booking facilitation platform that enables Registered Service Providers (RSPs), travel agents, and retailers to access railway ticket booking services through authorized login credentials and associated service channels.

DMT does not independently operate railway transportation services. All train schedules, seat availability, fares, cancellations, refunds, chart preparation, and railway operations are solely governed by IRCTC and Indian Railways.

User Responsibilities

Users, RSPs, and travel agents agree to:

• Provide accurate passenger and booking information.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Comply with IRCTC booking rules and policies.
• Obtain customer consent before processing bookings.
• Remain responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Use fake or unauthorized information.
• Perform fraudulent or speculative bookings.
• Attempt hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Copy or reproduce website content without prior written permission.
• Misuse customer information or violate privacy obligations.
• Engage in activities that violate Indian cyber laws or IRCTC guidelines.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to the platform.

Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made through authorized payment methods only. Ticket cancellations, refunds, and related timelines are governed by IRCTC rules, banking systems, and payment gateway processes. DMT shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party systems.

Limitation of Liability

DMT shall not be liable for:

• Train delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
• IRCTC server downtime or technical failures.
• Payment gateway or banking issues.
• Incorrect information submitted by users.
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access or user negligence.

Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and designs are the exclusive property of DMT, DMT Empire India Private Limited, or their respective owners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms

DMT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
